“Bini Pradhan grew up in Kathmandu, Nepal, surrounded by the Himalayan mountains. Her mother worked as a cook for the Nepalese royal family, and her delicious food was always in the spotlight. Bini followed her mother’s passion, went to cooking school in Bombay, and got a Bachelor’s Degree in hotel management catering. She then worked for several large hotel chains, gaining valuable experience in the Nepali food industry.”
PB&J Off The Grill is a small family-owned venture, PB&J Off The Grill, established in May 2019. What began as a backyard BBQ and community pop-up vendor has blossomed into a celebration of flavors and heritage. PB&J holds a special meaning, representing the initials of their family members, while honoring their roots as first-generation Mexican Americans. This dream was built on the foundation of hard work, as Tino transitioned from a heavy machine operator in construction to nurture their culinary aspirations. His journey eventually paved the way for them to share their passion through their beloved food truck.
